A lot of pubs have been "warned" today by MPS that showing DIGIALB football will make them liable to prosecution.
Pubs visited were told that they had been witnessed showing Bolton wanderers matches on the 14th April 2008 via the Digialb channels.
It was inferred to all the pubs, that the outcome of the European court cases (Murphy, QC Leisure) would have no bearing on DIGIALB prosecutions, as Albania is outside the EU.
Maybe a new tack from MPS.........
