a) every pub in britian drops sky for a cheaper alternative, sky lose £millions b) it goes to EU court, where TVWF is activley enforced, sky lose on the spot, then a) c) ESTA and LAMPS make the courts aware that sly has over 2 million EU subscribers then either sky has to ensure that no card outside of the uk will work, sky lose £millions, or sky have to accept the TVWF that they are happy to use for their own gain, then a)
now it has gotten this far sky cannot win no matter what happens
